What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, event inquiry, or newsletter signup), we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email, phone number, and message. Court bookings, memberships, and program registrations run on Raliera, the club software we use (see the ERA Pickleball app below). When you book a court without an account, we keep your name, email, the waiver you signed and the booking itself. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; ERA never sees or stores your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, coordinate events and programs, and send occasional club emails about tournaments, leagues, and clinics. Signing the club waiver or subscribing on this site adds you to our email list, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies & analytics
This site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions (contact, events, newsletter and other inquiry forms) are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our team by email. Our payment processor, our Raliera club schedule and booking tools, and Google Maps may set their own cookies under their own policies.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, which buttons are tapped and how far pages are scrolled. Clarity records anonymous replays of visits with anything you type hidden. It sets cookies and collects your approximate location, device and browser, not your name or email. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on; Microsoft’s privacy statement covers Clarity.
The ERA Pickleball Club app
The ERA Pickleball Club app (on the App Store and Google Play) and the ERA member website run on Raliera, the club software we use. Rali Holdings LLC (Raliera) publishes the app for ERA Pickleball. You sign in with your email address and a password, or with a one-time code we email you if you haven’t set a password. Passwords are stored securely by our sign-in provider; ERA staff can’t see them.
The app stores the information that is part of your club membership: your name, email address, phone number and date of birth (we use it to make sure members are 18 or older before they can message other members), the waivers and agreements you sign, your bookings, program and league sign-ups, check-ins, purchases and receipts, your league results (including scores you enter), the messages you send to the front desk and other members, and, if you choose to connect it, your DUPR account and rating.
Card payments are typed into our payment processor’s (Stripe’s) secure form. ERA and Raliera never see your full card number; the app shows only the brand and last four digits of a saved card. At sign-in, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick automatic check to stop bots, using technical details from your device and browser.
We use this information only to run your membership, bookings, programs, leagues, payments and messages, to keep accounts secure, and to send club emails. The app has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking tools (it only counts views and taps on the club’s own announcement banners, without your name), doesn’t track you across other apps or websites, and we don’t sell your information. It is stored on Raliera’s servers in the United States and sent over encrypted connections. Sign-in codes and receipts are sent through our email providers. We keep your account information while you have an account; payment and league records are kept as the club’s business records.
You can delete your app account at any time in the app: tap Profile → Account & Billing, then Delete Account at the bottom of the page, under Log Out. That removes your login right away. League results and club records stay with the club, because they are shared with other players’ results; email info@erapickleball.com if you want those removed too. Text messages
If you sign up for ERA Pickleball texts, we use your mobile number only to send them and to answer your replies. We never share, sell or give your mobile number or your texting consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Companies that deliver texts for us may handle your number only to send them. See text message terms.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any message, and from texts anytime by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted, email info@erapickleball.com.
