This page is for ERA Pickleball Club, the ERA Pickleball app, made by Raliera, the club software we use. Your app account is also your sign-in for the ERA member website, so deleting it removes both.
Delete It in the App
- Open the ERA Pickleball Club app and sign in.
- Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
- Under Your Account, tap Account & Billing.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, just under Log Out.
- Tap Delete Account again to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away, and you’re signed out on every device. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a membership, so if you have one, ask us to cancel it too.
Ask Without the App
You don’t need the app to delete your account. Email info@erapickleball.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your ERA Pickleball Club account, or ask at the front desk. Tell us if you also want the club records below removed. We complete emailed requests within 30 days and reply when it’s done.
You can also ask us to remove only some of your information, such as your phone number or date of birth, without deleting your account.
What Is Deleted
- Your login for the app and the ERA member website. Your email address is taken off it, so it can’t be used to sign in to that account again.
- Your name on the login, and your password.
- Every signed-in session, on every phone and computer.
- The link between your login and your player record at the club.
What the Club Keeps
ERA Pickleball keeps its own records of your time at the club: your player record (name, email, phone and date of birth), league results, check-ins, payments, registrations and signed waivers. League results are part of other players’ results too, and messages you sent stay in the conversation for the people you sent them to. These are kept as the club’s business records unless you ask us to remove them; email info@erapickleball.com to ask.
Club emails are separate from your account. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in any email. Our privacy policy explains what the app stores and why.
