Pick your session
Choose a time and skill level. Sessions usually run two to three hours; check the listing before you come.
Check in at the desk
We’ll point you to the right courts. Unsure of your level? Read what the levels mean, or tell us you’re new and we’ll help.
Rotate and play
Paddles up, winners and challengers rotate, and you’ll play with a lot of different people along the way.

The easiest way to meet the club.
Open Play is where most ERA regulars started. Sessions are grouped by level, so games stay competitive and friendly, and rotating partners means you leave knowing a few more names.
- Beginner, all-level and Master’s sessions
- Loaner paddles at the front desk
- Thirteen indoor, climate-controlled courts
Before your first Open Play.
Who can join?
Beginners, intermediate and advanced players, and solo visitors are all welcome. Choose a session that matches your level. You don’t need a partner or a membership; admission depends on the session’s capacity.
New to the game? Our first-visit guide is a good place to start.
What should I bring?
Court shoes or closed-toe athletic shoes, comfortable clothes and a water bottle (refill stations are on site). Bring your paddle or ask the front desk about a loaner: members borrow free, and a rental fee applies for non-members.
What does it cost?
Each session listing shows the current price. Membership benefits can change what you pay, so check the session and your plan before booking.
Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome when there’s room. Reserve online to hold your spot. Open Play runs in set session windows, so check the schedule before you come.
How is Organized Play different?
Open Play is casual, with rotating partners and the occasional wait between games. Organized Play runs a set format (Royal Court, round robins) inside a fixed time block and skill group.
